A well balanced, dry white wine with lots of fruitiness and a clean, crisp, lengthy finish. Chablis is a fragrant white wine which matches well with a variety of dishes.
L’Acadie Chardonnay
An exciting blend of Nova Scotia grown L’Acadie Blanc with the balanced crisp body of Chardonnay. A vanilla smoke, green apple nose leads into a long silky finish on the palate.
Cabernet Sauvignon Marechal Foch
A dry full bodied red wine made from the finest imported Cabernet Sauvignon and Nova Scotia grown Marechal Foch grapes. Good balance and lots of tannins as well as a lengthy finish, makes this wine an excellent companion to hearty meat.
